My love for real estate began long before I ever sold a home.
Growing up, I watched my Abuelita, America Muñiz, a Spanish immigrant woman, build stability and independence by owning the apartment building she lived in.
Seeing how real estate gave her freedom shaped my belief that homeownership creates opportunity and lasting security.
While earning my degree at Rutgers University, I took night classes to get my real estate license, balancing school and hourly jobs along the way.
What started as a side goal quickly became something I truly loved: helping people take meaningful steps toward their next chapter.
After graduating, I was recruited by a broker I’d worked with on a transaction and decided to pursue real estate full-time.
In my first year, I earned the Circle of Excellence Award and have continued to achieve it at higher levels each year since.
Since 2013, I’ve guided more than 160 families as they buy, sell, and move — many upgrading from their starter homes into spaces that better fit their lives.
My focus is on making those transitions seamless, strategic, and supported from start to finish.
In 2024, my husband, Patrick, and I partnered in marriage and soon after in business, sharing a united vision to build something lasting for our family.
Dunn Dynasty Homes grew from that shared dream — a business rooted in service, relationships, and legacy.
Today, I’m proud to help families across Central New Jersey and the Tampa Bay area make confident moves and build the kind of freedom my Abuelita created for herself.
